I enjoyed my stay, very good place, nice staff, Good environment. First Thing 1st i like the place where it is located. Close to the road & also beach is nearby only we don't have to travel that much for the beach, also Hotel is very clean & hygiene. Hotel has Clean Rooms and very friendly staff. I hope you like my small review on this Hotel.

For a small hotel my stay was excellent! Staff was courteous and friendly. The only two issues I had was that the wifi had been cutting off and on and the room key kept deactivating after 1-2 days. The staff took care of those issues, especially Christina. She made sure my stay was excellent.

This time I was a bit disappointed. The car did not come to pick us up at the Airport although I booked it well in advance and sent a reminder too. The reason given after a day was also very cold and irresponsible. The glasses and the other accessories were removed from the rooms which was not expected. The breakfast was very poor. The masala dosa although prepared fresh was soft and the wada was hard as stone. I visit the hotel every time I visit India and this time my experience was bad. In response I changed my return stay to another hotel in the area unwillingly. I feel that the management has to improve the devices soon or else people like us will stop staying in the hotel especially with the competition around
